The 58MCB Condensing Gas Furnace is designed to provide a cost-effective alternative in highly-efficient heating. New home buyers will enjoy the features, efficiency, and reliability of the 58MCB. The 58MCB achieves up to 92.1% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE).
The unit is CSA (AGA and CGA) certified for installation on combustible flooring and in alcoves, basements, closets, attics, crawl spaces, garages, utility rooms, or in manufactured (mobile) homes with approved kit (except for 140-20 size). The unit can be used in conjunction with a split-system product for cooling.
The 58MCB can be installed as a 1-pipe or 2-pipe venting system, except the 140 size which can be installed as 2-pipe system only. All sizes are design certified in Canada.
