New Installation

We recently purchased and installed one Hi-efficiency Lennox Furnace, one Lennox Central Air condition, and one Lennox Electronic air cleaner. Brian, the salesperson, was very informative to all our questions and the Technician was courteous and professional. The job was done in a very efficient and professional manner. We strongly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus to our friends and neighbors.

Called Cozy Comfort in to look at an old boiler system, and recommend an air conditioner system (attic based or ductless). Brian gave us very thoughtful and good advice, and recommended changing the system to a forced air furnace and a/c. His team did the installation very quickly and professionaly. We are very happy with the work. We had a very bad experience with a previous HVAC company (Active Temp Control) who did an air conditioner and furnace install on our old house, so we were very careful, checked the contract carefully and monitored the installation. The difference between the two companies is huge. Definitely worth it to pay a little bit more money for a proper professional installation. Thank you to Cozy Comfort!

Replaced two Furnaces, two Humidifiers + duct work

We had our furnaces and humidifiers replaced last year by this company and I cannot emphasize enough about the exceptional service and the level of professionalism we received. The company is truly top rated and we were very satisfied. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and spent the time to ensure we were choosing the right product and size. In addition, the service staff completed the job quickly and cleanly, and they did a follow-up the week after to ensure everything was working ok. We had done some shopping around and I must admit the price we got from Cosy Comfort Plus was very reasonable, especially for the top of the line Carrier models. Also, they were very helpful in arranging a home energy audit for government rebates. Overall, we were refunded almost 50% of the cost of this project within the first 6 months. And with more efficient furnaces, our gas bills have been reduced by about 30%, so I am guessing these furnaces will pay for themselves within 3 to 5 years. Thank you Cozy Comfort+ and keep up the great work!

Cozy Comfort Plus has been the one heating and air conditioning company we have used over the last 15 years. In our first home they replaced our furnace, installed a programmable thermostat and were prompt when we called with problems. In our recent renovation they provided a new tankless water heater, solved the installation problems, replaced all our radiator pipes with new plastic pipes, and have always been available when we have had questions. I rarely give 10/10 in reviews (hence the 9) but I would definitely highly recommend them. |

One particularly cold October, the gas company shut off our gas and issued a warning that we needed to replace our old furnace before they would restore supply. With temperatures dropping by the day, Cozy Comfort Plus quickly helped us find the best option for our house-size and budget. Although the furnace we chose had to be shipped directly from the factory in the US, Cozy Comfort Plus worked fast and our new high-efficiency furnace was installed within days. From the sales person’s expert knowledge and advice, to the installer’s professionalism and determination despite limited access to the small space available, the entire Cozy Comfort Plus experience was second to none. I simply can’t recommend their services highly enough!

I had Cozy Comfort install and HVAC system for us a few years ago. I had moved to the U.S and was looking to install a new system. Brian from Cozy Comfort helped me select the best system, source the best price and oversee the project where a local installer did the labor. He screened all the initial suppliers I had found and made them seem like rookies given his wealth of knowledge. His expertise crosses borders and he saved me over $15K on my project vs. dealing with local companies. Don't waste your time calling around, Cozy Comfort Plus is the only place you need to call.

New high efficiency, two stage furnace

We received a new furnace from Cozy Comfort plus - couldn't have asked for more. Friendly repairmen, efficient service and affordable price. We even wanted some of the PVC tubing moved so that we could make more room in the hallway, and they did it easily, and with no charge. Our heating bills have been cut in half since the new furnace has been installed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Install new water tank and venting

Cozy Comforts Plus did an incredible job of installing a new hot water tank in my home. The new venting that was required was an enormous challenge to run and needed to traverse a closed in ceiling and exit through the foundation. Precision was critical and they were true professionals who I would highly recommend.

Furnace replacement

We purchased a 50+ year old house one and a half year ago with a 25 year old Carrier heat pump with electric resistance backup. Although the system was functional, it was clearly designed for another era. Since we were impressed with the durability of the old unit, we contacted Carrier Canada for information on their new products. A few days later we were contacted by Cozy Comfort Plus, a Carrier approved installer. A salesperson came to our house, inspected the old equipment, made sizing calculations and gave us a quote for a new system. He recommended a switch to gas, but since we really liked the idea of a heat pump he adjusted his recommendation to become a Carrier ICS Hybrid Heat system with Infinity control. We were also informed about all applicable energy grants and tax credits that made the deal much easier to afford. About a month later, after gas pipe installation, the installation team showed up and started to work. It took a very long day to install everything. There were a few questions regarding the best placement of the pvc flue pipe, but in the end I am very satisfied with the result. They left the house neat and cleaned up. I must say that I feel very well taken care of by Cozy Comfort Plus. All the way through the project I felt I was part of the team and that Cozy Comfort Plus listened to my requests and answered my questions. How does it work? Just beautifully. The first weeks after installation I went down into the furnace room to check that everything is working since the new furnace is so quiet. Carrier Infinity control is awesome and probably the best available thermostat on the market. I already had confidence in Carrier, now I can add Cozy Comfort Plus to my list of favorites. Joe
